music is part of me

Music. My hobby, my inspiration.

Listening music is one of my favorite things to do. Some lyrics are meaningful, some melodies are relaxing, some of rhythms give you back your spirit, and some rhyme express your feeling. I love music since I was a little girl. My mother has an important role in this case because she has introduced me to music for the first time.

I Have a Dream-Westlife

Let me share my story about how I like music. My mother introduced me to music for the first time with "I Have a Dream" song which was sung by Westlife. Through that song, my mother showed me two interesting unfamiliar things to me. She let me know about something beautiful to hear, it is music. She also point out English to me.

I asked her what "I Have a Dream" song did mean. My mother with full of patience understood my confusion about differences of language I usually have used the language I hear from the song. Then she explained word by word what the meaning is. "Saya mempunyai sebuah mimpi" was the meaning, it also the first sentence I knew in other language.

From one song, I have started to love new things. I started to learn English as an exciting language since I was eight and music became something I should always have whenever I need. Learning English has given me many advantages and so does music. Listening music is so helpful to me emotionally. It can relaxing, makes me happy, feeling enjoy, calm me down, and.. music can inspire me. I think a song is a result of someone's creativity and talent. So, music is a precious thing. 

I have a few things to decline about why I love music. Good singer is one of the factors. Good singer makes good voice, and good voice is being pleasant to hear. Jay Chou is one of great musician who have tuneful voice. Lyrics is important part of music, it tells the listener the story inside the song. Taylor Swift is a singer who composed her own song and telling story of her life by her song through nice lyrics she has created.

JYJ out of SMentertainment

Some of great musicians have great story about their life. One of my favorite singers is JYJ, and they have inspiring story to reach their dream. Jae-Joong, Yoo-Chun, and Jun-su (JYJ) are great singers in South Korea, but they had been left their work there because of unfair payment from their management. Fortunately, Warner Music in America knew their talent and asked them for a new contract. JYJ keep fighting in difficulties and hard times to build up their own new album in America even though they need to do it from the beginning once more time. Finally they finished their new album with title “The Beginning”  last January and get back their career in South Korea, Japan, and Hollywood-their new home. 

What they had done in reaching dream and fulfilling their passion very inspired me to do the same thing, to keep trying my best in difficult times.
